Ninguna persona podrá habitualmente dedicarse al corretaje de valores sin el permiso de que trata el artículo anterior. El Superintendente Bancario llevará un registro de las personas autorizadas para ejercer este oficio, y deberá sancionar con multas sucesivas hasta de dos mil pesos ($2.000.00), a quienes lo ejerzan irregularmente.
