La inscripción en el registro público de comercio está sujeta a la definición y clasificación de los actos de comercio según el Código del ramo. Los comerciantes mixtos, es decir, que lo sean simultáneamente al por mayor y al por menor, pagaran el derecho de registro de cinco pesos ($5) correspondiente a la primera calidad, según el artículo 32 de la Ley 28 de 1931.
