ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.6 .- CREDITOS NO OTORGADOS EN UPAC. Para hacer más asequible a las personas y grupos familiares de escasos ingresos los créditos hipotecarios distintos a los acordados en unidades de poder adquisitivo constante (UPAC), el Banco, mediante reglamentación de su Junta Directiva, podrá

Otorgar dichos créditos hasta por el ciento por ciento del valor de los inmuebles hipotecados, y

Establecer sistemas de amortización en los cuales durante una primera parte del plazo, las cuotas periódicas pactadas no incluyan abono alguno al capital mutuado, ni cubran la totalidad de los intereses corrientes causados, y se capitalice la porción no cubierta de los mismos.
