La empresa y el propietario o el tenedor de un vehículo, celebrarán el correspondiente contrato de vinculación. La vinculación hará solidariamente responsable a la empresa y al propietario o al tenedor del vehículo, del cumplimiento de las obligaciones que surjan de la operación del servicio.
