Las personas que, conforme al artículo 1º de esta Ley, ejerzan la química farmacéutica o la farmacia, deberá inscribirse anta las respectivas autoridades sanitarias, civiles o de Policía del lugar y ante las respectivas Secretarías o Direcciones de Salud Pública Departamentales, Intendenciales o Comisariales y del Distrito Especial de Bogotá. El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará esta inscripción.
