º. El que amenace a otro con causarle mal grave o lo ultraje, incurrirá en multa de cien a quinientos pesos. Cuando la amenaza o el ultraje se dirijan contra agente de la autoridad, la pena se aumentara hasta en otro tanto. Para proceder en el caso del inciso primero de este artículo se requiere querella de parte.
