Art. 5.° El Jurado de Aduanas conocerá de todos los asuntos que son de su competencia, según los artículos 344 a 350 del Código Fiscal, 5° de la Ley 60 de 1875, 1° de la Ley 15 de 1877,1° de la Ley 24 de 1886 y 101 de la Ley 146 de 1888, siempre que las reclamaciones en hayan hecho dentro de los términos con las formalidades establecidas en los citados artículos del Código Fiscal y de las Leyes 60 de 1875 y 15 de 1877.
