Art. 126. Todo empleado de manejo ó responsable del Erario prestará, antes de tomar posesión del cargo, la fianza respectiva con arreglo á las formalidades que prescriban las leyes fiscales, y á satisfacción del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, el que cuidará de obtener la remoción de todo responsable que no haya otorgado la fianza, ó renovándola en los casos prescritos por la ley.
