amends decreto 663/93

Modifícase el inciso 1° del numeral 2 del artículo 316 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el cual quedará así:

Objeto. El objeto general del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras consistirá en la protección de la confianza de los depositantes y acreedores en las instituciones financieras inscritas, preservando el equilibrio y la equidad económica e impidiendo injustificados bene ficios económicos o de cualquier otra naturaleza de los accionistas y administradores causantes de perjuicios a las instituciones financieras y procurando minimizar la exposición del patrimonio propio del Fondo o de las reservas que este administra, a las pérdidas. Dentro de este objeto general, el Fondo tendrá las siguientes funciones:
