- Estadísticas . Modifícase el artículo 39 de la Ley 228 de 1995, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 39. Estadísticas. Dentro de los primeros cinco (5) días hábiles de cada mes, los jueces penales y promiscuos municipales, así como los de circuito, deberán presentar un informe al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura correspondiente a las actuaciones adelantadas en desarrollo de la presente ley, durante el mes calendario inmediatamente anterior. Dicho informe servirá para desarrollar investigaciones sobre delincuencia y criminalidad, para lo cual el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura establecerá el formato con sujeción al cual deberá elaborarse. El incumplimiento de la obligación prevista en el presente artículo constituirá falta disciplinaria."
