º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
Decreto 425 de 1991 · por el cual se crea una Comisión Técnica Interinstitucional para que proponga al Gobierno Nacional los proyectos de decretos que han de expedirse en uso de las facultades extraordinarias contempladas en los artículos 9° y 19 de la Ley 45 de 1990, relativas al término dentro del cual los establecimientos de crédito han de alcanzar los capitales mínimos exigidos y a la reorganización del sector financiero oficial, respectivamente.
