Decreto 1927 de 1991 · por el cual se dicta el estatuto de transporte público terrestre automotor de pasajeros y mixto por carretera.

Será sancionada con multa entre tres (3) y seis (6) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, la persona natural o jurídica dedicada al turismo que incurra en cualquiera de las siguientes faltas

a)

Contratar con empresas de transporte de servicio público terrestre automotor de pasajeros por carretera, vehículos que no cumplan los requisitos establecidos por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito, para la prestación del servicio de transporte turístico;

b)

Emplear para el transporte turístico vehículos de su propiedad que no se encuentren debidamente registrados en el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito o vinculados a una empresa de transporte legalmente constituida;

c)

Utilizar para prestar el servicio de transporte turístico, vehículos sin la respectiva planilla de transporte turístico.
