El Gobierno hará las gestiones conducentes para obtener que la sal extranjera que desde el puerto de Buenaventura se transporte hacia el interior, en el ferrocarril del Pacífico, sea aforada el la clase 2ª de la tarifa hoy vigente, y se conserve en dicha clasificación mientras no se disponga por el legislador lo contrario.
