Inicio de los procedimientos agrarios . Los procedimientos agrarios regulados en este título se podrán adelantar de oficio o a solicitud de los procuradores agrarios, de cualquier entidad pública, de las comunidades u organizaciones campesinas o de cualquier persona natural o jurídica, quienes podrán intervenir en el procedimiento iniciado.
