A rtículo 82. Obligaciones de mantenimiento, reparación y mejoras. Las Unidades Inmobiliarias Cerradas tendrán a su cargo las obligaciones de mantenimiento, reparación y mejoras de las zonas comunes y del espacio público interno de las Unidades Inmobiliarias Cerradas, que serán pagados por los copropietarios.
