º. El artículo 5º del Decreto 244 de 1994 quedará así: Una vez finalizado el censo de servidores públicos, las dependencias de personal de las entidades y organismos de la Rama Ejecutiva, tanto nacional como territorial, reportarán al Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública la información que éste requiera, en los plazos y mediante los procedimientos que el mismo determine.
