Vigencia Y Derogatorias

Decreto 2353 de 2015 · por el cual se unifican y actualizan las reglas de afiliación al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, se crea el Sistema de Afiliación Transaccional y se definen los instrumentos para garantizar la continuidad en la afiliación y el goce efectivo del derecho a la salud.

Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los Decretos 1485 de 1994, artículo 14 numerales 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 12, 14 y 16; 806 de 1998 con excepción de los artículos 17 al 24, 52, 65, 69, 70, 71, 72 y 79; 1725 de 1999, artículo 1°; 1804 de 1999, artículo 21; 047 de 2000; 783 de 2000 con excepción del artículo 1°; 1703 de 2002 con excepción de los artículos 24, 36 y 39; 2400 de 2002; 4248 de 2007; 1357 de 2008, 3047 de 2013; 1164 de 2014 y 057 de 2015 y los Acuerdos 414 y 415 con excepción de los artículos 4°, 5°, 7°
