El Artículo 10 Del Decreto 379 De 1985 Quedará Así: En La Sede Y Subsedes Se Constituirán Comités Organizadores, Integrados De La Siguiente Forma: - El Alcalde Municipal, Quien Lo Presidirá

° El artículo 10 del Decreto 379 de 1985 quedará así: En la sede y subsedes se constituirán Comités Organizadores, integrados de la siguiente forma: - El Alcalde Municipal, quien lo presidirá. - El Director Ejecutivo de la Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes. - Un (1) representante del Gobernador del Departamento. - El representante del Director General del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, “Coldeportes”, ante el Consejo Directivo de la Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes respectiva, quien será el Secretario del Comité. - El representante de las Ligas Deportivas ante el Consejo Directivo de la Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes respectiva.

Parágrafo 1

Los Comités Organizadores de la sede y subsedes podrán integrar Comités o Comisiones de trabajo, de acuerdo a lo que establezca el Estatuto Básico de los Juegos Deportivos Nacionales.

Parágrafo 2

Ningún Comité ni Comisión deberá tener más de cinco (5) miembros.
