Artículo segundo. Los funcionarios actualmente vinculados a la Planta de Personal establecida por el Acuerdo número 096 de 1980 y aprobado por el Decreto número 311 de 1980, que al ser incorporados a la Planta de Personal de que trata este Decreto, tengan vina asignación básica superior a la fijada para el cargo al cual se van a incorporar, seguirán percibiendo esta remuneración mientras permanezcan en el empleo.
