" ARTICULO 2 7

"El Comité central presentará cada año al Consejo de la Sociedad de las Naciones, un informe acerca de sus labores, el cual será publicado y comunicado a todas las Partes contratantes.

"El Comité Central tomará todas las medidas necesarias para que los cálculos, estadísticas, datos y explicaciones puestos a su disposición de conformidad con los artículo 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 o 26, no se hagan públicos en forma que facilite las operaciones de los especuladores, o perjudique el comercio legítimo de cualquiera de las Partes contratantes.
