LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.1.2.8.4. Autorización de los cupos de endeudamiento. Para autorizar los cupos de endeudamiento, las asambleas y los concejos pueden incluir créditos apalancados con asignaciones del Sistema General de Regalías únicamente cuando este tipo de recursos se destine a financiar proyectos de inversión previamente aprobados por los órganos colegiados de administración y decisión.
