Articulo 50. La persona o entidad que quiera vender una licencia, debe solicitar al Departamento Jurídico del Ministerio de Higiene permiso para efectuar el traspaso. El Departamento Jurídico podrá revisar si lo estima conveniente, el medicamento materia de la transacción antes de autorizarse el traspaso.
