Gastos de inhumación. En desarrollo de lo dispuesto por el artículo 75 del Decreto-ley 2340 de 1971, los Agentes de la Policía Nacional que fallezcan, en servicio activo o en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión, en el país, tendrán derecho a gastos de inhumación equivalente a la suma de $2.800.00.
