Convocar al Congreso de la República para el décimo día siguiente al vencimiento del cese del Estado de Emergencia, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 215 de la Constitución y en el artículo 46 de la Ley 137 de 1994, con el fin de que se realice el control político sobre el ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias del Gobierno nacional.
