El cargue y descargue de mercancías destinadas a los almacenes, depósitos o bodegas, o que, en los mismos hayan de ser embarcados en carros de ferrocarril y otros vehículos deberán ser hechos por el personal suministrado por la Zona pero la Gerencia está, facultada para, permitir, en casos especiales; que esta clase de trabajos se ejecuten , por los mismos interesados.
