Articulo 15 . Los extranjeros que, sean requeridos con el fin de hacer comentarios por medios de comunicación del país debidamente legalizados ante él Ministerio de Comunicaciones, solicitarán a este organismo un permiso temporal, acreditando el requerimiento respectivo. La solicitud podrá ser tramitada por la entidad contratante. Este permiso podrá otorgarse mediante resolución motivada por un término no superior a tres (3) meses cada año.
