Queda prohibido a las Universidades oficiales o privadas admitir como Profesores de las Facultades a alumnos que se encuentren matriculados en una Facultad de la misma o de otra Universidad y permitir que intervengan en las calificaciones de exámenes. De esta disposición quedan exceptuados los monitores y ayudantes de Laboratorio que obran bajo la dependencia directa de los Profesores titulares.
