Además, serán funciones de cada uno de los Secretarios, que cumplirán dentro del límite de sus competencias, las siguientes

a)

Recoger la información permanente u ocasional que el Presidente requiera,

b)

Sugerir al Presidente los informes que éste debe solicitar a los distintos organismos administrativos, realizar su estudio e informar de su contenido al Presidente;

c)

Seguir el curso de los asuntos que el Presidente haya confiado a los distintos organismos administrativos e informar al mismo de su estado;

d)

Atender las audiencias que el Presidente les encomiende y remitir a éste información sobre las mismas:

e)

Coordinar las reuniones que el Presidente les encomiende, y

f)

Tramitar la correspondencia que el Presidente les confíe dando cuenta de sus resultados.
