El inquilino es, ademas, obligado a mantener las paredes, pavimentos i demas partes interiores del edificio medianamente aseadas; a mantener limpios los pozos, acequias i cañerías, i a deshollinar las chimeneas.

La neglijencia grave bajo cualquiera de estos respectos dará derecho al arrendador para indemnizacion de perjuicios, i aun para hacer cesar inmediatamente el arriendo en casos graves.
