Art. 23. Para los efectos del artículo que precede, el funcionario que imponga una multa a un empleado de! ramo telegráfico, dará inmediatamente aviso a la oficina que debe pagar el sueldo del empleado multado, i a la Direccion jeneral de Correos; i ésta, mes por mes, pasará una relacion de las multas impuestas a la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas, para que se tenga presente al verificar el exámen de las de los responsables que deben cobrarlas.
