Si el plano y las promesas a que aluden los dos artículos anteriores fueren aprobados por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio a cuya sanción deben someterse, se llevarán a cumplido efecto los contratos a que las promesas se refieren, quedando así constituido definitivamente el título de adjudicación.

Parágrafo

Tanto las promesas como las escrituras que se otorguen para perfeccionar los contra-tos, se extenderán en papel común, y copia de dos últimos se enviarán al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio.
