El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar podrá celebrar contratos con los Servicios Seccionales de Salud y con hospitales, en los cuales se podrá incluir la prestación de servicios médicos y de asistencia a los centros de atención integral al pre-escolar como pago de los aportes a que se refiere el artículo 2º de la Ley 27 de 1974.
