El trabajador migrante y su familia tendrán los mismos derechos que los nacionales en lo que respecta a educación, vivienda, salud y seguridad social. Los hijos menores del trabajador migrante, tendrán derecho al trabajo, cuando cumplan la edad laboral prevista por la legislación del País de Inmigración.
