º Prima de riesgo. Los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad pertenecientes a las áreas de dirección superior, operativa y los conductores del área administrativa, adscritos a los servicios de escolta, a las unidades de operaciones especiales y a los grupos antiexplosivos, tendrán derecho a percibir mensualmente una prima de riesgo equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) de su asignación básica. Esta prima no puede percibirse simultáneamente con la de orden público.
