°. Modificación. Modificar el artículo 6° del Decreto número 749 de 2018, por el cual se crea la Comisión Intersectorial para el departamento del Chocó, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 6°. Secretaría Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Intersectorial para el departamento del Chocó será ejercida por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación. Sin embargo, cualquier entidad del orden nacional que integre la comisión podrá solicitar en el desarrollo de sus sesiones, el ejercicio de esta función”.
