El que, en beneficio propio o de un tercero, y para acceder a los instrumentos de protección previstos en la presente ley, ingrese fraudulentamente al sistema de protección a las víctimas del secuestro, o de igual manera se mantenga en el mismo, perderá el derecho a estos, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales correspondientes a que hubiere lugar.
