Los decretos y resoluciones que autoricen la gestión y contratación de operaciones de crédito público y sus asimiladas, operaciones de manejo de deuda y de las conexas a éstas, regirán a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , requisito que se entiende cumplido con la orden impartida por el Director General de Crédito Público.
