Cuando un concesionario desee utilizar la concesión en varios municipios de una misma entidad territorial, deberá abrir por lo menos una agencia en cada uno de ellos, registrarla como establecimiento de comercio, indicando la sede del municipio en donde va a funcionar y obtener la respectiva licencia de funcionamiento ante la entidad concesionista.
