° El papel con marcas de agua y demás que la ley señale, para timbrar papel sellado, especies de timbre nacional, de correos, etc., será depositado en el Almacén Nacional, y al hacer las entregas al responsable de la Litografía se especificara y detallara el número de hojas y pliegos y las dimensiones de estos. La goma que para sus trabajos necesite la misma Litografía se pedirá al Exterior, previos los presupuestos de consumo anual.
