Las sancione que imponga el Instituto consistirán en la suspensión o pérdida de prestaciones y en multas. La suspensión o pérdida de prestaciones, asistenciales se determinará en los reglamentos generales.

Parágrafo

Corresponde al Instituto y a las Cajas la imposición de las multas de que tratan los artículos siguientes. Las resoluciones correspondientes, una vez agotado el procedimiento interno, tendrán mérito ejecutivo ante los Jueces Laborales.
