Ley 41 de 1968 · Por la cual se conceden unas autorizaciones al Gobierno Nacional, se ordena la capitalización del Instituto de Fomento Industrial y se propende por el desarrollo económico industrial regional

Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 3º. de la Ley 16 de 1963 , autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para aumentar su aporte al capital del Instituto de Fomento Industrial en la suma de un mil millones de pesos ($ 1.000.000.000.00).

Parágrafo

Por el valor de los aportes de capital que haga el Gobierno al Instituto de Fomento Industrial, éste emitirá acciones a favor de la Nación al valor nominal de diez pesos ($ 10.00) moneda corriente cada una.
