º . La incorporación de los empleados a la planta de personal establecida en el artículo 2º del presente decreto, se efectuará dentro de los sesenta días (60) siguientes a la fecha de su publicación, teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1173 de 1999 y demás vigentes sobre la materia.
