Previa la adopción de decisiones por parte del Incomex o la presentación de los resultados de sus evaluaciones al Comité de Prácticas Comerciales o al Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, la División de Investigación de la Subdirección de Prácticas Comerciales del Incomex elaborará un informe técnico que contendrá las constataciones y las conclusiones a que haya llegado sobre todas las cuestiones pertinentes de hecho y de derecho.
