Falta disciplinaria. En todos los casos, el incumplimiento de estas disposiciones por parte de los servidores públicos de las entidades que, conforme al presente decreto, actúen como agentes retenedores del Impuesto sobre las Ventas, IVA, será causal de mala conducta, de conformidad con el Código Disciplinario Único.
