Los negocios de que deben conocer los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial se distribuyen entre sus miembros por el Presidente, debiendo hacerse el reparto por lo menos una vez cada semana.

Para llevar a cabo este repartimiento se aplican las disposiciones del reglamento del respectivo Tribunal.
