Los Profesores Escalafonados De Enseñanza Media Y Normalista Que Desempeñen Cargo De Director O Prefecto De Disciplina De Planteles Nacionales, En Municipios De Más De 150

º Los profesores escalafonados de enseñanza media y normalista que desempeñen cargo de Director o prefecto de disciplina de planteles nacionales, en municipios de más de 150.000 habitantes, también tendrán derecho a la primaria establecida por el artículo 2º del Decreto 2689 de 1968.

Parágrafo

Si los cargos de director o prefecto de disciplina están desempeñados por personal no escalafonado tendrá derecho a la prima que fija el artículo 2º del Decreto 2689 para el personal sin categoría en el escalafón.
