De las aletas de tiburón . Para efectos de] presente Decreto se entiende por aletas de tiburón, las aletas de los selacios, saladas o espolvoreadas con sal, desecadas al sol o en estufas. Se clasifican en blancas y negras, pero pueden ser mezcladas para su venta en distintas proporciones. Se aceptan las siguientes clases comerciales de aletas de tiburón

Aleta blanca moteada (Boon Long Sit), que puede ser grande (Chusit), o pequeña (Peli Sit y Khian Sít).

Aleta negra que puede ser grande (Tu Sit), o pequena (Oh Sit y Seow oH Sit).
