Art. 1.° Desde el 1.° de Abril del presente año quedan suspendidos los efectos del Decreto número 1,454, de 24 de Diciembre de 1901, por el cual se reconoció un interés anual á los billetes nacionales de $ 1,000, $ 500, $ 100 y $ 50.
