Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para adoptar, mediante decreto, las medidas de carácter presupuestal que sean necesarias para asegurar el funcionamiento, la operación comercial y las inversiones iniciales de Ecogas.

Parágrafo transitorio

Dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, el Gobierno Nacional determinará las inversiones prioritarias para el transporte de gas natural, requeridas en las zonas de excepción prevista en la Ley 218 de 1995 .
