º . Modificar para la vigencia 2002, el término establecido en el numeral 3º del artículo 1º del Decreto 159 de 2002 para presentación a la Contaduría General de la Nación, de los informes de ejecución presupuestal de los municipios correspondientes a la vigencia anterior. Para el efecto, amplíase hasta el 17 de mayo del presente año, exclusivamente para la vigencia fiscal de 2002, el plazo para que los municipios entreguen a la Contaduría General de la Nación, la información a que se refiere el artículo 1º del Decreto 159 de 2002.
